Who am I?
I’m Tanya Barlow, an architect with 23 years professional experience, specialising in residential projects for the past 12 years. I work part time for an established practice in Richmond (50 Degrees North) and provide full architectural services to homeowners across South-West London and beyond.

I founded T2 Design and Consulting to bridge the gap for homeowners who need expert guidance without committing to full architectural services. After many years of informally advising friends and family, I’m now offering this service to a wider audience.

Initial design consultation
Following a free 10-minute Zoom session to assess your needs, I offer a 1-2 hour initial consultation (usually in your home) to fully understand your project, discuss design ideas and/or provide strategy advice. I will discuss options for taking the project forward and recommend next steps—whether that’s connecting you with other professionals or assisting personally with design, advice or research. I charge £150 for this initial consultation.
